Most of these consultants have worked with Bill Morris for over fifteen years. In most recent casino projects we have had the fortunate experience to work with well-known nationwide contractors who can provide feedback regarding current cost and availability of materials during the conceptual and design development phases so that we can verify conceptual budgets early in the process. This allows the Owner to seek financing for a proposed project from preliminary documents which leads to an earlier construction start and opening date . W. Morris Architects LTD recommends that a qualified General Contractor be added to the development team as early as possible to help expedite the development process. Our history factually states that the majority of our projects incur no change orders. Of the few projects that have incurred change orders, the change orders have been less than 1% of the approved budget.
