W. Morris Architects LTD. has been providing quality architectural services to a wide range of clientele since 1974. William Morris, a 1970 Graduate of California State University San Luis Obispo, has had daily personal involvement in all aspects of the business.
W. Morris Architects LTD. is capable of handling a large array of project types and sizes. Our in-house capabilities are second to none with the ability to provide full Architectural and Interior Design computer generated modeling, as well as extremely detailed to scale physical models. W. Morris Architect Inc strives for perfection in both design principles and construction document practices.
The majority of our projects have been in the gaming and hospitality industry. Many of the gaming complexes contain large areas of retail, office and residential uses which demonstrate our wide variety of project type experience. Three of our recent master planned gaming complexes have retail, office and entertainment components that greatly exceed average stand alone retail, office and entertainment facilities both in size and amenities . William Morris has successfully led both the Architecture and Interior Design for many land based gaming projects and river style gaming facilities. W. Morris Architects LTD. is also very proud to consider ourselves as one of the leading Architectural and Interior Design firms specializing in Native American gaming properties.
Our on-site library contains over 7,000 books and videos which provide research material for all aspects of a project from conceptualization throughout the design development phase. These materials cover a variety of design related subjects including, but not limited to:
1. Historical and cultural references for our Native American Gaming projects so patrons can better understand the history, customs and cultural significance of each specific tribe.
2. Project specific theme development to ensure we supply unique and authentic detail throughout each property.
3. Continuing education for our staff on new technologies, materials, and construction methods to ensure up to date industry knowledge.
